I have several NSF files from Lotus Notes that I need to convert into PDF format for archiving and sharing purposes. The challenge is that these files contain important emails with attachments, and I want to ensure no data is lost during conversion. I have tried some manual methods, but they are time-consuming and do not preserve the formatting properly. Can anyone suggest a reliable and efficient way to convert NSF files to PDF without compromising data quality?

I have a large collection of vCard (vcf) files exported from multiple devices and email accounts. Recently, I noticed that many contacts are duplicated multiple times. I am concerned that keeping these duplicate contacts might cause problems, but I am not sure exactly what risks are involved. Can someone explain what issues or risks I might face if I do not remove duplicate contacts from my vCard files? Also, what is the most reliable method or tool to clean up these duplicates without losing any original contact data?

I have an old Outlook PST file that contains all my important emails, and I now want to access them in Windows Live Mail. Since Windows Live Mail supports EML format, I need a reliable way to convert PST to EML without losing any attachments or formatting. Can anyone suggest an efficient and safe method or tool to perform this conversion?

I am dealing with a tricky situation and could use some advice. My Outlook profile recently became inaccessible due to a server issue, but I still have the OST file saved locally on my computer. I need to extract specific emails from this OST file and save them as PDF documents for legal purposes. The challenge is that I want the converted PDFs to keep the original formatting, attachments, and metadata (like sender, date, and subject). I have tried a couple of free methods, but they either mess up the formatting or do not allow bulk conversion. Can anyone suggest a reliable OST to PDF converter tool that works without requiring Outlook to be connected to the Exchange server?

I am trying to migrate my emails from an application that exports in MBOX format (like Thunderbird or Apple Mail) to Microsoft Outlook, which requires PST files. I have a fairly large mailbox and want to avoid data corruption or loss. What is the most efficient and reliable way to convert MBOX to PST?

I have an old Outlook PST file that I have not accessed in years, and unfortunately, I have forgotten the password. Now I urgently need to retrieve some important emails from it. Can anyone suggest easy and reliable ways to unlock a PST file without a password? I am looking for a method that does not cause any data loss or corruption. If you have any software or manual processes that work well, please share your suggestions.

I recently found myself locked out of an old Outlook PST file that I had archived years ago, and unfortunately, I do not remember the password I used. The PST file contains some important emails and attachments that I need to access urgently. Could someone please guide me on how to safely recover or remove the password from a PST file? I would appreciate it if you could suggest any reliable tools or manual methods that work without damaging the data.
